Document Photo Requirements
Here are our recommendations on how to upload your photos and complete APPLICATION successfully:
Image quality requirements:
– Good lighting
Better OCR results can be obtained with good illumination. An image that is very bright or dark can prevent the document from processing properly.
– Avoid reflections
Reflections and glares impede processing and lower the precision of data extraction. When taking pictures of documents on your phone, we advise against using the flash.
– Focus and sharpness

The tilt angle of the document should not exceed 10 degrees in any direction (horizontal or vertical).
– Margins (too small)
